Once your payment is confirmed by our team, we will begin processing your order. Typically, the processing flow includes inspection. We will inspect the watch for 24-48 hours, then proceed with packaging and shipping. We generally use EMS (postal service) and DHL/FedEx. All orders qualify for free EMS shipping, while DHL and FedEx shipping costs $30.

EMS delivery is estimated to arrive within 15-20 days, while paid express shipping takes up to 9-10 days. For special custom orders, occasional stock shortages may extend delivery times beyond the standard window. In such cases, our customer service team will notify you in advance.

The situation differs slightly for EU countries.

Since July 1, 2021, even imports valued as low as 1 euro are subject to taxation.
