Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 10 days. If you purchased your item more than 10 days ago, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with the original packaging.
You may request a refund under the following circumstances:
If the item you received does not match what you ordered.
If the watch you received is not functioning properly.
If the watch you received is damaged.
If your package did not arrive at its destination.
Or other situations not listed above.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send an email confirming receipt of your return. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved.
If your request is approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within 10-15 business days.
To return a watch, please contact us first for the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Next, contact your bank. Refunds often require processing time to appear.

We only exchange defective or damaged items.
Returns Sale items

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
